this was my plan. i'd say a good 3days of at least 2hr bball. Perfect Pushup + Sit ups when u get home. cut down your calorie intake (important) i had a homie who was at the gym everyday but when i'd see him he'd be eating for two. SMH. btw, anybody have the Iron Gym????
