^^^^^^ I can't say for a fact that nike i using real patent leather on these shoes but your FYI is incorrect: Patent leather is usually made of cowhide then given a glossy impermeable finish produced by successive coats of drying oils, varnish, or synthetic resins.

the quality looks good but I am still waiting (hoping) that they will add some more color options (purple). This is probably just wishful thinking but I amhoping that they will make these premium at some point giving us more base color options than black and white.

so far the options are a little underwhelming but I will continue to hold out hope that more will be added later. Yeah that $125 price point was a littlesurprising. On a side note they have also added the air max 360 III runners and some mid blazers to the site as well.

Wow those are hideous, I don't think any color way can save this shoe but, if they're at good price point people will buy them.

PE's at retail sounds great, now only if I lived a little closer to harlem it would be even better.
