Air Jordan Retro 9 “Powder Blue” OG March 23, 2024

These look great to me. I appreciate the accuracy and yes there are still tons of OG heads around. I see no point in OG retroes where they change a couple of things - that's not what made them popular in the first place, and no, you don't "know" better than Tinker and MJ did originally. Don't...

    Jordan IV Black/Red Reimagined - February 17, 2024

The shoe looks doofy in the leather. Makes it look big and stiff (that's what she said). I'm not sure why people have to convince themselves something is better just so they can keep spending money. I think we can all agree it's pretty obvious this isn't better than the OG. That's not to...

Air jordan VIII Playoffs -Sep 30th - Updated:First official look!!

I thought Gentry got pushed out again? What is this trash release? It's easy to see why Nike doesn't have a customer service email. The sneakers app is a complete pointless joke. For that matter so is ****'s new system. Used to be straightforward and could score there, now pointless like...

    Official Jordan XI Thread

They ruined these with that pee sole. Easy pass now. Was actually hoping, since they can't help themselves in making changes to their own popular designs, that they might add the J O R D A N up the lace loops. You know they're going to release one with that someday. Would have been a good...

    Jordan XIV Black/White - December 20, 2023

A little too boring. A nice black/white/red bulls colorway of these hasn't been done, but this isn't going to be it either. A lot of cool prototypes were floating around back in the day before he retired and they went white/black/indiglo.

    AIR JORDAN 12 Cherry Holiday 2023 - Release October 28, 2023 - Good Luck!!!

FINALLY - now are we ever going to get some Taxi's and French Blue's???????? Hello? And if you "reimagine" them, you might as well not bother. Just release something with an upside down jumpman and poop on the sole and sell it for $1000 instead.

    Jordan IV Black/Red Reimagined - February 17, 2024

Garbage release. Release OG's or ****, none of this "almost" crap. It's not interesting, it's not better, it's just stupid. These shoes don't need "reimagined" by some dumbass who couldn't hold a candle to the actual creator. I'm saving a ton of money lately.

Definitely some great colorblocking options with this shoe, let's hope they take advantage of them.

    Jordan 2 Origins - November 18, 2023

If they really have some nice red and green to them I might think about it. If they're just the OG white/reds with a couple spots of green, I'm out. If they have any pre-yellowed crap like that mock up, I'm out. Still wish we'd get those red and green IV's that were rumored a couple years ago.

If that really is the zoom wrapping, that's quite the innovation and I'd be really excited to see what it plays like.

Air Jordan XXXVII (37) first look…

If you think massive overhead killed any profit margin for the XXXVII even after discount, you don't understand Nike's profit margins and new model approach very well. Not to mention the fact that (rightly so) Nike would be willing to take a loss on a new Jordan (they still don't) to get it in...

Air Jordan XXXVII (37) first look…

Keep in mind we have no idea on production numbers. A shoe sitting is a COMBINATION of supply and demand. If the supply was larger than usual, sitting doesn't mean demand has leveled off. We don't always know the full dynamics, only bits and pieces. If the shoe was a complete disaster they...

If you want them just buy some of the black ones and walk through a dog park for awhile. In the grass.

The years were a bad idea then and will be in the future. If you're doing 1 sig Air Jordan a year, just keep the numbering, its definitely what the majority wants and its definitely a lot less confusing. When I wear newer models people don't want to know what the year was, they want to know...

    Air Jordan 38

There's no doubt every single numbered release has something special that goes beyond your average sneaker. That said, of course each person's experience will vary based on their own preferences and physicality. But we're still here because they're still finding a way to do "something" with...

Air Jordan XXXVII (37) first look…

The drawing captures much more of the 7 vibe than the final product. Again that circular cut above the midsole on the final just kills the sharp angles of the shoe and makes it look too generic. Can nitpick about some other aspects, but that's the shoes biggest mistake.

    Air Jordan 38

XV is below average, as are IX and X but only indoors. The IX has such a good fit it actually helps mitigate the poor tread. You will hate to hear it but the XI can be bad indoors. XXXI is very bad, agreed, which is a shame because the comfort is pretty maximum. XVI is also really bad, I...

Air Jordan XXXVII (37) first look…

That yellowed mesh is ugly af. Easily the worst colorway so far. They aren't doing much with this shoe again, reminds me of back with the XXXIII and XXXIV. Weak colorways. Tinker not only excelled in design but also colorways that made the most of the design. We aren't seeing that here.

Air Jordan XXXVII (37) first look…

That's a great prototype. The XXIV had much better colors on it's prototype. The XIV had some really cool prototypes as well. I do hope eventually we see more history than just putting carpet on the 1's or yellowing and dirt and cracking on the III's. I don't really think the signatures have...
