I have had the experience of cushioning feeling different amongst colorways (Tahitians, Abalones, Freshwaters, Akoyas). Heel feels the same amongst all of the them, it's with the Zoom Turbo I've experienced differences: - Abalones have had the most noticeable Zoom forefoot (firm, responsive...

Just got a pair of Fab 5 20s in and the cushioning feels thicker than the 21 for sure, very interesting. I think the extra bit of Cushlon under the midfoot (that is hallowed out in the 21s to show the TPU shank) makes a bit of a difference, but the overall cushioning setup feels higher off the...

Man those Divers must be had at some point, and I already have the Akoyas and Abalones 😮‍💨 The look of the 21s have really grown on me enough to where I think I somewhat prefer them to the 20s now. I still can’t get down with the Freshwaters, Dragon Pearls, or Queen Conchs, but the other...

Well darn, going to just have to take a gamble I guess and try the 20s before they're sold out everywhere. I just really wish there was a store that had them in stock that would let me try them first (DSG or Nike), only place I can find them for a good price is Hibbett.

Both the heel and forefoot or just one of them? I heard the heel Zoom is better for most people in the 20s, but I really care more about the forefoot.

I appreciate the reply, I guess I’m good sticking with my 21s then.

Thanks for your reply. I've been fighting the temptation to give the 20s another try after seeing them on Hibbet for half off. However, I figure if everything is pretty much the same but better lockdown in the 21s why waste the money (especially since I doubled up on 21s)? The only things...

What do you like better about the 21s?

For those who have had both the 20s and 21s, which one feels “snappier” and bouncier? I have 2 pairs of 21s and love them, but I’m really looking for whichever one feels more like the Huarache 2k4 in terms of cushioning and overall snappiness. I’m still within time to return both pairs and...

This makes me feel better about going with the 21s over the 8s. I really love the look of the 8s and was intrigued to go back to Hardens because of all the good reviews (used to love the 2s and 3s).

Man I JUST got the Akoya's yesterday at DSG Warehouse and now these drop in price a day freaking later lol. I think Akoya's are tougher but if I already have the Abalone's already too lol.

Not sure if this is a QC issue, but the tread patterns between my Abalone and Freshwater 21s are noticeably different. The Freshwaters have a more flat tread and more prone to not biting away dust, whereas my Abalone pair tread is more rounded and peaked. My Freshwater outsole is also more...

THE OFFICIAL ADIDAS THREAD OF JAMES HARDEN - VOLUME 8 IN LOS ANGELES (CLIPPERS)

The lockdown and fit are probably the best I can remember in a shoe in recent years, 100% fact there. The stability of the flat wide base is probably the best I can remember in a shoe in years as well. All they needed was to keep the midsole and outsole of the 3s, combined with the 4 upper and...

THE OFFICIAL ADIDAS THREAD OF JAMES HARDEN - VOLUME 8 IN LOS ANGELES (CLIPPERS)

I really don't get how people mess with the Harden Vol 4s. I've really tried with them (the original barbershop colorway) and 2 things let me down: the traction and cushioning. The Lightstrike is like literally non-existent, especially AFTER putting any miles on them. The traction is...

    Nike PG 5 - $110 - Out Now

Yep, 30 days. Been doing it for years now. I’ve only done exchanges after playing in them though, not flat out returns (maybe once or twice). I remember I flat out destroyed some Lebron 17 lows and they let me exchange for another pair after a month of hooping in them.

    Nike PG 5 - $110 - Out Now

I’ve always done in store as well and I just got the Freak 3s last week for $58 bucks (was $119). I just pull up the website that has the lower price in the same colorway (NDC in this case) and they adjust the price right then and there. I’ve never had a problem with it personally and I’ve...

    Nike PG 5 - $110 - Out Now

Ended up getting my 4s for $17 and 5s for like $30 something (go with DSG y’all, best return policies for even worn stuff and best price matching…period). The 6s just don’t sound good with React (that bottoms out) and thin forefoot cushioning to start.

Feel the exact same, especially after playing in the KD13s, Zoom Rize, and now Freak 3

    Nike PG 5 - $110 - Out Now

I have mixed feelings on my pair. I have the clippers/USA colorway (with the black outsole) and I just didn’t feel the cushioning as much as the 4s. I’m playing in the Freak 3s now and feel like they have better cushioning (I do prefer higher off the ground cushioning because feeling the...
