They're nice. Why OG cut and shape for these? Beats me. I'm not complaining. Been begging for more patent 10 years strong, I'm not going to start nitpicking when we get what we ask for.
But why on these and not Mellos? I don't see the logic (as if there's ever been any).
Those are clean as....
I may have just jinxed the actual release. Whatever I think about a shoe depicted before actually seeing it, always turns out the opposite way. I thought the Marvin The Martian VII's were pretty amazing in pics, then I seen them in person.....
I thought the all blue...
Shoes are definitely nice. Don't know if it's been pointed out yet, but that's not what we traditionally know as "cool grey".
Of course, I'm just a guy, and Nike can call their colorways whatever the hell they want.
Edit: could just be the pics.
I can't be the only person who's noticed how slow and lackluster this year has been compare to the last two. Outside of the Royals, there's been no real, big releases.....If I know Nike, they're up to something.
^If you did that based on your own opinion, that's cool. It happens. But if you were listening to these guys in this thread talking about how they would go to outlets, then you're a fool.
As much as people talked about these shoes last year, I'm surprised they sat as long as they did...
^Damn! Nice. I'm beyond the point of trying to predict what will sell and what won't, but something like that, just before the summer could be crazy.
Unlike many Niketalkers, I've always liked predominantly white sneakers.
If they start reducing the amount shoes produced, the only people that will be affected is people like you and I.
There was a time when the only shoes worth having were limited or would be sold out before the store even opened. And if you we're lucky enough to obtain a pair, you could be...
I can't resist......
Dye the sole of your shoes just to have all these dudes (who swear they know about shoes) call your concords fakes?
My pair still hasn't completely yellowed. They're not ice blue any more, but the only part that is completely yellow is around the pods.
The irony.. I...
They should just go back to how they did it in the early years of the millennium: always a black/red shoe near the end of the year.
Would people get tired of that after a while? I don't see anyone throwing fits over 9 straight Christmases of XIs.
I've never heard of anyone you named, OP. I'm lacking on my shoelebrity knowledge. I need to do my homework on these dudes, so I can give them all the love, worship and respect they deserve.
Throw a Supreme collab into the mix, make them "limited" and then they'll all of a sudden be the greatest Vs of all time.
Yes, I'm saying the Supreme camo joints were just as bad if not worst.
My girl (who is not into sneakers) came home last night and tried to describe to me a pair of white/black and gold shoes with a jumpan logo. I originally thought "this won't be hard to figure out. How many Jordans have gold in them?"......
About five minutes in, I came to the realization...
All the shoes I've ever really wanted as a kid have been released at least twice. Everything else doesn't really matter.
I love the popularity the city Xs series have gained in the last 21+ years. I remember 1995 VIVIDLY. And I never seen ANOYONE walking down the street in a pair of Air...
I understand that the OP is not a shoe head and probably doesn't give two craps about Micheal Jordan, So I can offer no advice. Mainly because I couldn't fathom selling those shoes, so I wouldn't even begin to encourage it.
**** **, hold on to those shoes until you at least get an offer...
They're starting to do the XIs like they did the Air Force 1.
I hope people understand what I mean. I've never been one of those dudes saying "Air Force 1s are dead". There's never been a time in this millennium when the Air Force 1 was unfashionable.
They just put out too many colorways that...
