When a HOH opens they restock everything but do they restock everything from like the last 4 months or how does it work? ALso how do I see where they are opening?

There are deadstock ones for sale and I wanted to know if anyone had had any experience with their og falling apart after wearing them because i plan on wearing them.

Anyone know when and where these will drop in US?
