Grabbed a 9.5 yesterday, and it shipped today from a store in AL. This is my 3rd one; first time in 200+ pairs of shoes that I have tripled up...if it hits a discount or I get a gift card or something, it will be my first quadruple up.

Those are pretty beat, but I've always felt like the AM90 Infrareds are the only shoe I've ever seen that looks great when fresh and clean, or worn the hell out. No need to retire them old joints, just wear 'em to wash your car/mow the lawn/walk the dog.

I announced that I did that too a couple pages ago, and I was called a "sucker" and "classic sneakerhead mentality", which is cool. I got my pair and they are perfect condition and look amazing. For $50 over retail and having them in hand and secured? Well worth it.

The selling price of 189.99 is a bit easier to accept, but it's the taxes. So essentially paid $50 extra to get them in hand early in the states and secure at least one pair.
