Literally haven't had a serviceable DM in the team since Matic's first season, United fans have crying out for one for years
Signing arguably the best in the world at that position won't be an immediate upgrade? Huh? All the best sides have elite DM's
Obviously got other holes to fill but he fills in one of the biggest immediately in ways not even FDJ would've.
A midfield with Casemiro in it isn't getting strolled right through and dominated with little resistance weekly...

Casemiro had an average season last year, but had good/great moments in big matches. Can he bounce back, sure. Will there be a defensive drop off this season for us, probably. But I'm fine with the move.

Alaba in CDM will be a good boost and fill Case’s shoes nicely. Rudiger can come on to be lead CB with Eder and Mendy can keep improving at LB.

been reading a lot of good stuff about marc roca at leeds so far this season. their fans are loving him already. would love to see him get a shot at a bigger club in a couple years if he can keep improving

seeing some RM fans on twitter asking why you guys aren't trying to hit us up for a sane/casemiro swap to add some help up front for you guys since they don't think you'll spend the money if you sell to united. thoughts on that? it's pretty interesting cause it would help both sides it seems like. plus sane needs to go somewhere where he isn't the 5th or 6th attacking option. it'll never happen but just curious on the hypothetical
