Yeah, the fee is absolutely overpaying :lol: but screw it. Get Enzo now. I like him. The club will have to figure out about a specialist DM to play with Enzo in the future

The club was hesitate to buy Tchouameni. They decided to wait and see him to play one more year at Monaco to just make sure he wasn't another one season wonder boy

Last time the club bought a midfielder from Benfica. It turned out great

This is unsurprising. There were weeks of buildup that RM had traction and Bellingham will make a decision next week/“this week” and then silence with reporters just acting like they didn’t build stuff up for weeks.

We’re not exactly in bad shape with Tchouameni Camavinga Fede Ceballos and Modric if Kroos retires. Even Alaba could play DM I’d think if we were really thin. I think going after Bellingham is less a positional need situation and more getting an elite available talent that fits the team.
 
We just need a body in midfield in case anyones out. If it’s for the low he’d be good enough. That’s why Caicedo would be a great pickup, he’d be for the future and for now
I’m cool with El Neny but it looks like he might be out long term. Lokonga is clearly not ready

Nah give me anybody but a Chelsea reject... again. Give me a loan recall for Patino, suit up Mikel for a game, **** throw Edu back on the pitch. Send a Colorado Rapids midfielder to London. Literally anybody but yet another Chelsea has-been for the cheap.

how would you feel about goretzka? there's been some rumblings we might make him available this summer. his whole game is getting forward and being a goal threat in the box
