As the title suggests, the above pictures shows an epic 360-degree view of Tokyo city and is made up of a total of 10,000 images. Grand to say the least, the astonishingly high resolution image scales 328 feet wide and 124 feet tall if printed out – something that we don’t suggest doing. The project was captured by photographer and 360cities.net  founder Jeffery Martin, who took over 6 hours to span the scene from the roof of the lower observation deck on the Tokyo Tower. As for Martin’s rig, he used a Canon 7D DSLR with a 400mm f5.6L lens attached to a Clauss Rodeon VR Head ST robotic panorama head. Please enjoy the view.

You can play around with the panorama here.

That's insane! It's so clear too. I wonder if you look long enough if you can find someone doing something bad or getting it in at the office

Someone explain a panorama to me. I get the basics of it, but with so many images taken, is this supposed to have been the entire city in this one particular instance, or were different sides taken at different times?

Wow this is crazy, and it's so clear too.
