yes, you don't think there will be a crazy amount of hype for the Columbia's?

 

no doubt there will be hype but for what? an all white Jordan XI with a HINT of columbia blue? i dont get it.

 

I think that it's just about time jb released these shoes.

 

hopefully this is gonna be like when the 2010 infrared VI's where it was the same shoe just different color reds, i can take a different shade of blue as long as it looks like the Columbias 

 

Not as much as the Concords and definitely not as much as the Galaxy Foams. The past 2 years were actually quite tame compared to those 2 releases.

will be interesting to see how these turn out. my guess would be columbias with a slightly different shade of blue. i'd imagine they'd tint the soul to make them "like OGs" and prolly keep the black sockliner. but knowing JB, they'll do something that would really irritate me like change the "jumpman jordan" strip on the tongue from black to legend blue or make the upper mesh instead of leather.

let me not give them any ideas.

 

Oh you just gotta have that gut feeling that JB is not gonna give us what we're hoping for! And it goes from Columbia blue (which it should be called) to university blue to legend blue! C'mon mannnn! Fingers double crossed for columbias w/OG blue tinted sole. Not this cheap looking new age junk!

If these do turn out to be the Colombia's , congratulations to all who been wanting a shot at a fresh pair of 'em.

I'm OG Grail status , I was 14 when I seen the G.O.A.T play in these live..

Really though ,these are dead plain imo, theyre ok, but in my eyes they aint nothing special.

On the same hand I know what its like to be a decade + deep in the shoe game ,, waiting & waiting on a particular pair to resurface . It tries the nerves to put it lightly. So again Im glad to see the Vets , and true blue sneaker heads get their grail. However its unfortunate that the
hipsters(Hypees), and flippers, will undoubtedly make this a tough grab; for anyone thats been truly awaiting these to return.

 

Just wore my retro columbia's this past weekend wondering if we would get these for the holiday season. I still don't believe these will resemble the Columbia xi's, especially if that is the order of the color scheme. But with the rumored db xi and if the columbia's do drop in December, get your game plan prepared asap.

 

Can't wait to see pics. Hoping for a Columbia 11 look a like

things are going to be pretty interesting when pictures start rolling around but that pic def looks like the og columbia's even the box in the background lol

For what it's worth the color description for the Columbia's was White / Columbia Blue - Black...The fact that these have White / Black - Legend Blue tells me that black is going to play a more predominant role than the "Legend Blue"...

Oh well we'll just have to wait and see...

 

no way in hell will this release be crazier than the concords let alone the galaxy. the pigeons are the only release up there with the galaxies
