How do they rank the "depression" scale? Portland is a leader in medicine so if they're just going off of how many people say they'redepressed that doesn't do much for me since they come here to get treated.

And what do cloudy days have anything to do with being depressed? I'd prefer it to be 60 and overcast then 90 and sunny.
