I'd question the iciness of the sole, 3 year old shoe no yellowing.

what most legit DS pairs look like now in terms of yellowing.

shoes were stored with slica packs in the box.... Im asuming kept them clear??? Anyone else?

The first two pics kinda threw me off but the rest seem fine. The fact that so many pics were posted (Assuming you're trying to purchases these) is a good sign that the seller is confident they're legit. I would be cautious on this one because the yellowing is virtually non existent. It's a well known fact that yellowing is inevitable so I would pass just to be safe
