So a couple of sample pics have been released and word is (Via an IG user) that these are in Nike's calendar for February All Star Weekend. What y'all think??

i dont think theyll release next year, since it wont be any historical significance. I really think these will be the QS for Black Friday to make up for those weak Oreos.

also, these look like they took the 2011 Black Cements and made minor adjustments. Grey insole, darker shade of red

Crazy that rumors are started because of grey market shoes. The only reason the WC III released with the Nike Air on the back was because it was the 25th anniversary of the 88 Dunk Contest. There's no historical significance for these, not that Jordan Brand needs a reason.

not even customs. i would think that they were since the White Cement IIIs can be used to make every OG colorway, but the grey insole is a huge indicator. also, the red on the shoe looks darker like the 2011 black cement IIIs

Yep, said this in the NA WCIII thread too, but he debuted the Black/Cement IIIs in the All-Star Game and also won his first ASG MVP wearing them. And he won his first regular season MVP in '88, so the IIIs have plenty of history.
