Not necessarily true. When the volt racers first dropped during the 2012 olympics I was able to snag some at some local run spots and they were no where to be found in the big box stores. From what I remember at the time online was not abundant either.
Here's a tip for those who are thirsty. Visit Run.com and use the store locator for your area. If there are some stores in the vicinity ... call them.

don't think so.. they are normally picky with the regular FNL coupons. as long as they are on sale, that's when you can use 'em.
