In my experience the chat reps rarely know what is going on until after it has already happened... so I wouldn't put too much stock in that. If it makes you feel any better, I chatted with one last week who confirmed the 5/1 release date... though based on my previous statement, I wouldn't put too much stock in that either...
LOL yeah she confirmed the release date and even after I gave her the style number etc. said she couldn't find anything but linked me to the Free page showing the red and blue cw's releasing. I wrote back and said the calendar shows 7 cws and that is only 2 so there are 5 others to release she didn't have much to say after that, just pretented to flirt with me some more
