This is wild to me. Broken collarbone. Not sure how he was just strutting off the field and jawing. Football players another level of tough

Im not gonna say it was dirty but Barr was also well aware the ball was released and it wasn't necessary. Rodgers had every right to say **** you.

Let's be real. I don't openly cheer injuries and I want nothing but the best for Rodgers personally, but his injury changes the race for the division and #1 seed significantly. The Packers were off to the races in the first 4. Now as a Hawks fan I'm like "maybe we somehow have a shot at homefield if we get our **** together." And the Vikings are suddenly divisional favorites.

It sucks in a lot of ways but when a player that good goes down it changes league dynamics in a way that benefits a lot of teams. Think back to Brady missing the season back in the day (no one was ashamed to openly cheer for that one though )

651, you guys got extra lucky with injuries this week between Bradford and Rodgers both being out for the season.

To be clear, I wasn't saying that I cheered his injury. I'm kind of numb to it since it happens so often and is a part of the game. Only the brutal ones do I get that pit in my stomach. My point is how many times do we hear about players getting injured and fans cheer? It just seems most, if not all situations like that, the crowd is just in the moment. I find it hard to believe the majority of fans within every fanbase openly cheer for injuries to happen.

I understand Rodgers going down isn't great for the NFL, but again, I'm numb. Injuries happen all the time, even to the stars of the league. It's just something that you go through and move on. I think the storylines in regards to this are overdramatic. I understand who it is, but I've seen my team struggle with a rash of injuries as well as injuries to star players. No one out here asking for sympathy in that regard.

I also wouldn't say the Packers were off to the races. They beat Seattle in Week 1, but that's really it. And it was week 1. Those games go either way. They got smashed by Atlanta and then beat a bad Bears team with Mike Glennon at Q and a Cowboys team that is definitely down this year and was overrated going in. GB had massive Oline issues, their defense has been suspect for years and they struggle to have any consistency running the football. The Vikings definitely had a good chance of winning yesterday if Rodgers doesn't go down, as they did last year and as happens in rivalry games.

I also forgot to mention how lazy and ridiculous the referees have become. They make a call that allows for a review instead of trying to make the correct call. It wastes time and mostly, the call is probably the wrong one because "there's not enough indisputable evidence." The human element of referees calling a game at full speed yielded way better results. It happened a few times in games yesterday and not just against the Vikings, but they were actually a benefactor of it. See the Jerrick McKinnon quick hitch play. The ball hit the ground and should have been clear to everyone on the field, but they called it a catch and the Vikings got a big gain out of it on 3rd down where otherwise they were going to punt. McCarthy was out of challenges, but that's besides the point. That call shouldn't be missed.

They got it right in the Pats Jets game yesterday for a change so I’ll go easy on the refs this week

I'm expecting even better now that they might actually have the threat of a run game...that play action is about to open things up nicely for the WR gawd :pimp:

I broke mine while riding my bike, got cut off and flipped into the intersection. me and my homie rode to wendys and after chilling there for awhile I realized something was wrong and couldnt even move

the recovery was brutal because the doctor said I didn't need to put in a plate to hold the bone together but if I moved a certain way I could actually hear them rubbing each other and the pain would shoot thru my whole left side.

If he continues on this pace, at the end of the season he'll be:
#3 in receptions (only behind Tony G and Rice)
#3 in receiving yards (only behind TO and Rice)
#6 in TDs (behind Rice, Moss, Owens, Carter, and he who shall not be named)

I fractured my wrist playing basketball and it was like numb. Then at night I got zero hours of sleep tossing and turning drenched in sweat with the worst pain ever. Im pretty sure I have arthritis in it now too. Random days I cant put any weight on it flat like if you were doing a push up.

A month after I got my cast off I broke my other wrist. And I also knew right away what had happened. I was so depressed.
