I like Ingram..but I'm taking Simmons..just feel he's the better basketball player..What does Ingram do better than Simmons..besides being the better shooter right now.

Give me Simmons and if I'm wrong..Ill live with it.

I really don't wanna see Simmons or Ingram wind up getting their career ruined in Philly :smh:

Nah, I can't see that happening especially with Embiid looking likes he's made a full recovery. I like Simmons and it would lovely (and a miracle) to send #4 back to LA for Russell to then sport the MonteVerde Academy team lol

Wait a minute sooo the sixers being a poorly run team that loses a lot is something you can't see happening?

Might wanna head down to LensCrafters fam.

I don't see the Sixers as a poorly run team. Is there much NBA talent on the roster? No, but the loses were all because Hinkie wanted to get that #1 pick. Come October, this team won't be the same team that started 0-18

Why are you in the Sixers thread talking trash on our team again?

Exactly. The tanking team of the past few years will having nothing to do with the team this upcoming year with potentially Simmons/Ingram, Embiid, Saric and Okafor/Noel and a boatload of cap space that they will finally be willing to spend now that Colangelo wants to put together a winning team.

Hoping for Ingram over here.  Something about Simmons game I just don't trust.  Embiid and Saric this season should make a major difference.  I'm also watching the Hawks situation with Schroder and Teague.  I wonder who they're going to commit to?  Schroder RFA would be a good gamble for the Sixers to throw a money bag at (poison pill).

You guys really want Ingram over Simmons? Simmons has potential to be a generational player

That Lakers pick most likely aint gon come to us yet tho :/

Simmons REALLY can't shoot though. I don't trust it. In today's NBA you NEED shooters. Look at all of the teams still playing...these teams basically don't even have centers anymore and all of them can shoot. It may sound crazy, but Saric can do most of the things that Simmons can do and he's already going to be on our team.

I was high as hell on Simmons coming into the college basketball season last year and I wouldn't be disappointed if we picked him but I think Ingram is the right pick for us. I've seen that fire in him to take over a game when he needs to, he's long as all hell, can shoot from anywhere and the one thing that needs work for him is the easiest thing to cure....getting stronger.

Well we got #1. Either pick is a fit no matter what even though Ingram is a better fit

    Simmons is generational talent IMO

Ingram is just the next best in a not so great draft
