sounds cliche but if it wasnt october/november it be an issue. interesting point about jr and tt. i think jr will unslump sooner than later. tt may be a diff story he doesnt seem to "go at it" like he used to,maybe its just me, hope so. the D is bad, roatations kinda non existent but agian its way too early for any major concern. still should not have lost to ny or brook but ish happens.

they had a team meeting called by tylue before PRACTICE 2dai to "air things out" lets see waht IF any effect it had. tylue also said their "spirit" needs help, maybe thats code for looking kinda tired like they have alot, so...................................... even though y'all have prob seen these, maybe mondai night helped their "spirits"

The defense definitely looks a little slow and there are some miscommunications but these teams are making tough shots/getting hot against Cle lol

Also the offense does look a little awkward and Lebron heavy. Kyrie presence is def missed.

 

Lebron looks good but it's just the rest of the guys. Kinda like they're not game ready yet or something

Also feel like other teams are bringing their A+++ game and Cavs bringing C game

It's a bit hard to not get caught up with the hype and how all the media and everyone else is s***ing on the Cavs and making them seem a lot more dysfunctional than they probably are lol

But Im sure they'll be fine and get it together.

Wade's interview was good to hear though and a bit reassuring.

 

imo YOU nailed it Sir ! the 'hype' both ways.....they only build u up , so they can tear u down its the medias calling card. they also billed these guys as the shoe in for the finals again, finals r in june i thought,and its not clevs fault the rest of the east is gabbage. to me, and it might sound corny but oh well, it is dysfunctional RIGHT NOW,in the way that when you go to play pick up and there is nobody there you know, and nobody else knows anyone else, it takes a hot minute or 2 if u get it at all. cavs r a little old but they dwade said there are no rookies on this team,not cedi either,theyve all been through things like this and im with the 'in a little while this is gonna be a memory, but right now they r in it and will figure their way out TOGETHER!'

I'm sure there is a bit of dysfunction but not as much as all the masses are making it out to be

With this defense, I smell an early exit in the playoffs. But at the moment, they even have a negative winning record. If they don't really improve their defense they might even miss the playoffs.
Seriously, this Cavs team despite of a really deep roster would even lose against the 2002 Wizards team around old MJ which allowed less than 86 ppg from the opponent.
The Cavs really need to work on proper transition defense. And Love really needs to work on his shooting.

Might be too much pressure on him trying to be second fiddle.
He was a beast in Minny but his usage rate was way higher there so there's that.

JR needs to get out of his slump and yeah they need to figure out their defense sooner rather than later. Get that muscle memory going now.
