I picked the Cavs solely to go down with the ship. There is literally no way Cavs can win this series. Who on the Cavs is giving you 20 points other than Lebron and maybe Kevin Love?

that’s a dumb statement to make shock and miracles are a big part of sports just go sit in a sportsbook and watch the shock on people’s faces when the team they were sure was going to win fails to say the cavs have no chance is silly

Shock and miracles are cute but let’s talk facts. Warriors are leading the league in scoring. Cavs had an extra scorer in Kyrie last season and still got bounced in 5 games. You’ve got your roll players ****ting on he floor against Al Horford and Terry Rozier. You think this Cavs team is gonna pose any type of challenge against a Warriors team that’s core unit are the defending champions? Or you think Lebron is really some type of superhero?

I think back to the first game lebron played with this team after the trades when they looked deadly I’m expecting that team to show up in the finals cavs win it all

That first game in Boston, I vividly remember. But nothing remotely close to that happened this Celtics series at all....and that was the Celtics. Cavs couldn’t even replicate that against a Kyrie-less Celtics team. Golden State is better at every position except SF and that SF is in his 15th season and has played every game this season with the most minutes logged in. Rockets beating the Warriors was Lebron only shot at a ring. This season is over.

Lebron is too passive aggressive to even win this series. If the Warriors go up 2-0 I fully expect him to check out the series and start stat padding. There’s no one else on the Cavs that could even fire him up from their passion and scoring to get Lebron inspired once defeat looks inevitable. He mailed it in during the ‘16 finals as well but once he saw Kyrie’s will to win and trying to take advantage of Draymond being out he started firing up. Praying Cedi Osman averages 20 and 8 this series

Anyways, I’m curious how people will treat KD after he retires with 4-5 rings with this Warriors team. I hope he decides to leave the team and try to win it being the “man” like Lebron did when he went back to Cleveland. His career is gonna be looked at a lot differently if he wins all his rings from joining one of the best teams of this generation.

KD is the best garbage time superstar. He doesn't perform when his teams are down.
