Noticed some really good contrast after I got out of Target.

  14. Soooooo cats really shopping for outfits at Target?! After buying $190 shoes?

Nah man. Underclothes and maybe work clothes, but are cats REALLY at the club/lounge with a Target outfit and some Infrared 6s?!

I've never shopped at target personally but it's probably some basic things you could find there and no one would be able to tell, like a simple oxford button down. Everything you purchase doesn't need a huge gigantic logo on it.

Haha I love where this thread has now turned into hilarious 80s buzz words. Can we go back there and let off the shopping advice/judgement?

    Gnarly bro!!!!

  17. Different strokes I guess. There are people who still think Ecko and LRG are hot. I am not here to judge.

  18. Just seems odd to me, that's all. I don't care about labels, I care about quality. Most times, you get what you pay for.
With that being said, I'd rather get quality stuff for the low than buy 'cheap' stuff for cheap.
For example, I'd rather buy a great conditon Polo from Goodwill than a whatever they sale at Walmart/Target.
But like you said, different strokes...

cats really in here equating price to quality? u think that $70 brand name oxford is waaay better quality than a button down oxford from target? LOL nah my guy, youre paying for the brand. take a shirt from target and take a brand name shirt, remove the labels, and 90% of yall wont b able to tell which is which.

kanye west sold PLAIN WHITE TEES for $125 each. and they sold out hella fast.

  21. I had denim in mind while I typed that but come on, let's not act like there isn't different types of cotton.
I barely go in Target, so I can only speak on Walmart. Most of their clothes look cheap as far as the quality. There is no way possible that a polo from Walmart is the same quality as a polo from Ralph Lauren.

$125 for a t shirt is a rip off no matter who sells it. However, you can definitely find good quality name brand clothes for much less than retail if you know how to shop... and it will last. Honestly these shoes are the biggest rip off as far as quality/price goes.

I was about to say, paying a little extra for an identical shirt with a little better quality & a name brand isn't far off from paying $200 for a pair of Jordans vs identical $50 UAs. Just sayin, we're all guilty of paying a premium for a brand.

That being said, the fit is the most important thing imo. If it fits right & looks decent, then do you.

there are soooooooooooo many tryhard kids out there nowadays walking around allll surpreme'd up from head to toe, with the gucci or lv backpack etc looking DUMB ASF. we all know the type. outfit is equal to a luxury car payment tho.

i can put together a target/walmart fit that looks better, for $10,000 less. and dont talk to me about quality if you cop alotta jordans

and b4 any1 assumes, cause theres always gonna be the one guy who thinks hes smart, no i dont shop at target that much. costco has all my needs covered for the most part. when you own your first crib, costco is your friend. but i wouldnt talk down on anybody who buys clothes at walmart/target etc. to each his own.
