This is the stuff I hate to see. The Lakers, as an organization, continue to look at to the past instead of focusing on what's best for the future. We glorify greats of the past instead of innovating for the future. This is how your franchise becomes the next and we're laughingstock for the next decade.

The locked on Lakers podcast continues to bring us up. We focus so much on 'the Lakers family' when it comes to hiring key positions instead of just hiring the best person for the job.
