Yes. You go Zion no matter what. Don't think they've given up on Jackson per say, but they certainly aren't going to make his presence stop them from taking Zion. They can try to get DLo in free agency for PG, and if that doesn't work, just sign someone competent like a Darren Collison type for the time being until they can find a long term fit.
