I think the boost invites are for those that have previously used boost and never won and will give them a chance to enter in a smaller pool of contestants, just a guess tho.

You can pay for a single or double boost. They raffle a certain amount shoes for double boost, then single boost and eventually no boost. If you pay for a double boost you’ll be included in all 3 raffles groups , single boost will be included in two raffles groups etc.
