how many calories can you burn doing this. ive been hitting the gym weekdays hour plus but i just dont diet correctly. it just be calling me man

A perfect blend of fruits, nuts, egg yolks, and olive oil can be done with great success.. fruits alone is just a death sentence.

are you talking about a fasting? like nothing but apples to cleanse you?
