$400 For a 1999 Cement

Hey guys, so this website im looking at has a 1999 Cement 4 for $400, and I am trying to get some heat. Do you think the price is worth it? Or should I try and trade for it?

99's will be unwearable at this point without sole swapping and more than likely cracking back tabs..They will crumble apart on your feet. If you wanted them for collecting its not a bad price. To wear, not a good choice.

$400 is a fair price. I say go for it as long as you don't want them to wear
