So no MB, or Rose, but do you go Mayo maybe you go Love? Opinions? I mean lets just pretend Schultz' case is successful, and they ar e staying. Then whodo you take?
 
So Seattle pretty much got robbed but I was hoping for something better than 13th. Congrats to Chicago however, with their 1.6% chance of getting first.
 
Any team who takes Kevin Love is going to regret it. The guy has zero elevation. Even Nick Collison is more athletic than him.
 
i like oj mayo with this pick. most mock drafts have the sonics taking jaryd bayless though
 
I'd try and trade the pick...Im not sure for who, but Im not really impressed with anybody in this years draft. if we could get some young guy thats on therise or some sort of specialist, I'd do it in a heartbeat
 
The Supes did get robbed this year. But if I were Presti, I would look to try to trade up and get Beasley. Miami might trade down to draft a guard if DerrickRose is taken by the Bulls with the first pick. And if thats not successful, I would take either Mayo or Bayless.
 
How many Centers have the Sonics taken in the lottery in recent years? Seems like they're picking one every year....Swift, Sene? Idk....

I say you gotta go Bayless or Mayo there.
 
I hate this whole draft class. I think all the lottery picks could use more seasoning before hittin the pros. None of them impress me enough to warrant takingthem as high as most of them will go. I mean it is what is is, and you pretty much HAVE to pick somebody....I'd maybe look overseas and see if there isnt aDirk, Manu, Yao (international) player. I mean we havent had much sucess with that, but I'd be just as comfortable with a foreign player as I would withany of these guys comin out of college
 
they should draft me. A 31 year old fat white guy with very little athletic ability, BUT at least they know what they are getting. Also I promise to providesome comic relief to the fans.

they'd probably just trade youfor a 41 year old fat white guy with even less athletic ability to "clear cap space"

I say we trade up to 2. Rumor has it they want to trade down, and we got two first round pics as I recall as well as like 48 2nd round pics. Then we getwhoever doesn't go 1st and then we pray Schultz' lawsuit is good.
 
They didn't really get robbed, it's just karma. Sonics got that 2nd spot and got Durant. As for the pick, I would take OJ over Bayless with the 4thpick...but I can imagine Presti coming up with a deal to get that number 2 slot..and of course that'll be Durant's Maryland homie Mike B-Easy.

I know this is wild..but imagine..Jeff Green, Luke Ridnour, and the pick from Phoenix to Miami for the 2nd pick. Which means Seattle has the 2nd and 4th pick. Imagine Mayo, Durant, and Beasley.
 
It won't take long but it will be a while. I mean I think even you will have stopped wearing turtlenecks but then.
