Hold on a minute. The Boost is improperly aligned. This could either be a factory error, or not. I'm not too sure. Are these in hand, and can you get a size chart picture inside of the sneaker? Thanks

Ask if he can shine a flashlight underneath the Boost from the bottom and to take a picture from the foot area like this:
