i went to a joint in jersey with my wife that was a nice spa. Did all the fancy saunas and finished it off with a tour of the baths. I was feeling mad sus at first cause you had to shower first and go in there naked and hang dong with a bunch of men. But it felt hella good once I jumped into the hot bath and progressed toward the ice cold one to end my day. Felt hella relaxed and free as ****. You ain’t living till you hit one up and walk around, hanging dong like Adam.

I’m half Korean so I’ve obviously done the bath house a couple times myself. You feel great afterwards but when the old Korean scrubs you down, it’s the worst.

Korean spas are ******* awesome.

Wi Spa in LA was my spot when I lived in SoCal.

Can legit spend the entire day there (open 24 hrs) and just eat, chill, and unwind.

These places aren't like your typical go into a private room and get a massage places.

It’s a public bathhouse. Men and woman are completely separated.

Similar. Public bathhouses is popular among many different cultures. The romans were known for it as well.

You can eat and drink good snacks like 식혜 and eat hard boiled eggs. Super refreshing but if you eat too many eggs you’re gas gonna stink like ****

Taro is a root n the drink comes out purple, taste almondy, with coconut it sort of reminds of a Christmas butter cookie from those tin cans. I like it lol probably get one tomorrow

i lived in korea for 5 years. can confirm they’re great. after a hard night of drinking there’s nothing better than heading to one of those and hopping in the jacuzzi, hitting the ice bath, putting on the pjs and falling asleep in one of the cold dark rooms. also so much cheaper ($10-$12) if you don’t want / meet a girl and need a hotel room for the night.
