Child support? Nah I mean losing assets as if it were a divorce. Some states consider folks who live together after a certain amount of time a common law couple and they're basically given similar rights. Both benefits and losses.

Why should any spouse be awarded custody of a child based on who cheated? What does that have to do with being a parent?
Being a degenerate has different definitions though. Depends what you mean as far as having custody.
