Just got them from GOAT, they said it came from a US seller but pair seems like it was from overseas release, I think they look good but couple things are throwing me off. First, hangtag attached on the back with plastic tie instead of thread. Also never seen them attached on the back tab. Second, no male/male printed on size tag inside the shoe and has a weird sticker on it. Just trying to make sure before I contact goat for a return.

These do look good structure wise. The footbed looks correct along with the stitching, the underside of the outsole and the boost. Box and box label look good too. I personally have never seen the tags attached to the heel tab either along with the other concerns you had with the sticker over the size tag and no MALE\MALE on the size tag. That would make me question these as well. I'd contact GOAT and ask them about those things just to see what they say. They may know something we don't.
