Jordan V White Metallic - April 25, 2026

Hopefully it’s the 2000 white/silver.

Don’t need the Nike Air though.

They’re watering down the effect of NA by introducing it on these random Retro+ colorways

As a purist, I feel the "Nike Air" should always be on the retro versions of III to VI by default just because it was on those models originally. I mean the concept of a copy should basically mirror or emulate the original look of the shoes.

I feel the problem with the dopes at Nike/Jordan Brand stupidly replacing the "Nike Air" with the Jumpman logo on the retro versions is that it has created an artificial demand or desire for the original branding that should have always been on the rehashed versions.

I'm glad they're coming back. I had these in 2000 and beat them to the ground. I picked up the retro a few years back and regretted selling them a few months ago. I unknowingly made a good decision

I'm gonna get these AGAIN and not sell them this time around 😎

Nike air should be on everything imo. The jumpman on the back never looks good and the “reason” behind putting it there was a joke.
Amen

They have to slim V's down.. these bulky boot looking joints aint it and it's making a colorway like this look meh. Passed on the last release bc of that.. the 2000 pair was fire.. Shorter and thinner tongues etc. :nthat:

O, so OG’s are thinner and lighter than all of the retros are, got it? While you’re a professional in shape and cuts, please show us some pictures of some OG V’s in comparison to any retro, that were made after them. These have way more similarities in shape to the OG’s, than a lot of previous retros do. If you don’t like them, just say that, because we all have opinions.

But most of the OG’s, 3’s through 9’s, were taller in height, and thicker in materials. If I’m incorrect, please show me otherwise, with comparison pictures. I’ve been wearing these shoes, since all of this first started. Meanwhile, we have people in this thread, talking about they want a slimmer/thinner version of this retro, because that’s the only version of this colorway, that was ever released.

So of course yall are going to want the cheaper/slimmer version, of when we were getting trash shapes/quality from Nike/Jordan Brand. Tell me you never had OG’s, without telling me.
