i kinda don't like the vibe in here at times. people seem like they're out for blood and wanting heads on a stick toward anyone who brings up a more humane approach than "they need to do life" and/or "where's the death penalty?" and the ire often feels like it's directed at a particular group of people rather than the people who majorly commit these biased crimes and those who have been pushing that agenda. this helps no one and just makes that chasm wider. i hope some of you had that same vibe when other people of color were being harmed all previous summer long, in particular. i can tell some of you were real quiet

2 older Asian women stabbed in broad daylight while waiting for bus in downtown SF

According to officials, two Asian women in their 60s and 80s were at a bus stop when they were attacked. A witness says after the stabbing, the suspect did not run, that "he walked away like nothing happened, like Sunday morning."
