Hey Niketalk, well i just ordered some seaglow it should be here sometime this week. I bought the 4oz bottle and i was wondering is that enough for one pair of11s? How many sessions can i get done? My 11's aren't that yellow. Thanks in advance

it doesnt take much, use a q-tip to apply it. the key is that you need to apply it outside in bright sunlight, then leave them out in the sun to bake it in tothe rubber.

don't expect dramatic results, but should be a nice improvement depending on how yellow yours are

do i need to use the scuff pad some people say scrub it and others say just aply seaglow and leave it?

This is something ive been wondering as well, i got 2 bottles of the sea glow , Im just weary of it cause the glue issue that could happen,
ive tried it with my dmp 11's with no sunlight and the results werent good, or bad ,they just remained as they were ,I need a nice sunny day to see thefull potential of the sea glow ,Im hoping this will work cause ive only wore them dmp 11's once and the oxidation got to them a little, but the dmp 6'sare still icey blueish.........

How good is this sea glow, can anyone confirm ???

what sizes are your bottles? did it take alot of sea glow to do your dmp 11?

last week i seaglowed my dmp 11's. it took 3 days and man they are icy now. they werent that yellow to begin with tho. i been doing my space jams for about7 days now and they are barely jus starting to get a blueish tint. they were piss yellow. sea glow will work. wat i did was run a line of super glue where thecarbon fiber is so the sole wont separate

NO ONE IS ANSWERING MY QUESTION..."I bought the 4oz bottle and i was wondering is that enough for one pair of 11s?"

Yes it's enough

Should i scrub with the scuff pad first with sea glow on it then place outside? Or just aply sea glow and place outdoors?

Depends on how yellow it is. If it's not that bad just rub some on with a paper towel and put it in the sun.If they are yellowed bad use the scuff pad.

Its all about exposure to sunlight... I always debated taking my kicks to a tanning bed after I use seaglow. Sounds far fetched but im pretty sure those bulbshave the UV exposure that will bring out the rubber without the bad exposure that the sun can sometimes give

Also make sure to cover the carbon fiber with moist towels because it'll get hot and the glue will get soft and sole WILL start separating. Ithappened to mine Spacejams today...

lol not a bad idea

4oz. is enough for many applications. I like the wet towel on the carbon fiber idea. You want sunlight, but I wouldn't recommend doing it on a really hotday.
Also, your shoes will lose traction imo.
