GP is very adamant about not having his jersey retirement in OKC. I know that when Zombie Sonics were relocating, there were plans of taking pieces of Seattle's history with them (like wearing Sonics' jersey for Hardwood Classic nights and all the Sonics records, I think the City of Seattle kept the logo and the name) and GP always said that he's not going to let Zombie Sonics retire his jersey. He went on a record saying that having his jersey retired IN SEATTLE not only feels right for him but also right for fans 

. It's sad but I can't hate GP for that.

Shawn Kemp also not going to have his jersey retired. Unless Seattle's getting the team back.
