They look legit to me...but why don't you just make your own MiAdidas Miami clone? brand new and probably cheaper than that pair.

These were my first boost back when they released I was so amazed with the comfort. I went TTS but I go TTS with all other 1.0. Most people tend to go .5 up. If you are not referring to the wool version which is hard to find now, I would probably say .5 up is safer.
