Picked up utility 700s this morning and they pretty nice in hand. I love the vanta 700 v2 but I think I'd take these over them by a small margin. Here are some pics of them and a comparison to a few other black yeezys I have. My 500 looked cooked in the pics but I assure you they aren't lol.

Why is there so much love for the 23? 17 I get. LeBron x Kith collab is fire so I’m fine with those being added to the conversation. I feel your comment about knit shoes tho. It changed the look and feel of sneakers. I didn’t base my picks off hype, but off design/concept and impact.

For me it's the dress casual look to the 23s as I dont really do much sports just regular physical training in running shoes and I dont wear running shoes casually, they just dont do it for me like that. I hated the 750s, the 500s look weird to me, the 350s arent bad but I never liked the color stripe or the yeezy sply down the side, the 700s have been pretty interesting outside of the wave runner, the shoes just work best in tonal cws though tbh I'm surprised Ye and Adidas haven't dropped a multicolored 350

Nike Air Yeezy 2 was a transcending sneaker, it didn't matter if you were into sneakers or not... you knew about them. The Red October alone can be on the list when you take into account the drama surrounding Kanye and Nike and the way the release was handled.

The Wave (my favorite Kanye model) and FoG 1 didn't have that sort of impact imo.
