I saw these in our local snipes store too and despite they have 1 lace hole less than the hi, these look higher than the mids from 2001 to 2007 i own.
Not that bad indeed , they could have just rwlease then in the original hi cut like the this years chocagos and knicks.
 
these are all over. i like em but then i dont somethings off. i have the patent leather version..but i do like the carolina laces and outsole on these.. cheap too $104.99
 
look around on ebay... they have a bunch for under retail for the warriors/goldeneagles,hoyas,tarheels
 
citysole charges like 15 for shipping

which equals retail without tax

just buy em out the store

all shieks seem to have them now
 
I love that Jordan Brand came out with these as a Retro 1.  I would only buy these on sale though because the quality of the Retro 1 is not worth over $100.
 
Mine still sit in the box probably gonna bring them out in summer time when the weather is better.
 
jordan has these and hoyas etc as a feb release calendar so i think these will be everywhere soon
