The DSMs have slightly thicker patent leather on them. But doesn't seem as stiff actually.

I use the sneaker shields that come with the shoe from Nike..

 

Regarding Sneaker Shields, do you glue them onto your shoes?

 

nah. i remove the insoles, slide em all the way in, and put insoles back. most people make the mistake of just sliding them in on top of their insoles.

Thanks. I bought some for my All-Star/Chameleon 1s, but the experience didn't work out great. I stopped using the shields, now those kicks are super creased (but don't look terrible IMO).

These Gold Toes, however, I would really prefer minimal creasing on them if possible.

Agreed. So stupid. That's like not wanting your leather jacket to crease.

 

They are the Dover Street Market 1s. They came out 4/16/15 according to my receipt.

 

The creases are ugly. How difficult is that to understand? Yes, we all know creasing is inevitable and we have to deal with it, but that doesn't mean we have to like it or can't do something to minimize it.

 

They were reselling for 700 when they came out, just recently copped my size 11 for 205 shipped off stockx

the shoes are in the wrong thread but I’ve thought about getting a Vegas Knights shirt to go with these gt 3’s. Their team colors are perfect

 

How do you even remove 1s insoles they are glued on tight. When i try to remove them the foam rips where it was glued on

 

Thats actually not too bad. I think ill use my FF to loosen them up a but then after a while ill experiment without the FF and see how it creases .
