I remember back in the day, I had the OG 11’s white/Columbia Blue.....the carbon plate cracked in the bottom in the arch. I contacted nike and they had me send them back. They sent me the red/blk 12’s in return. I thought I was the sh*t because they hadn’t even been released yet.

Anyway I know you ment Nike... they aren't going to anything more than what I just said, they seriously give no damns. Foot Action sent me shoes that had dirt on the bottom. I emailed them, called, did the survey... nothing. Never heard a damn word. Luckily I bought them with the sole intent of returning them to Nike to save like $50, which I did after cleaning the bottom of the dirty shoe which should have been the least those idiots would have done.

Update looks like someone at FedEx messed up either "lost" or stole the package. Contacted Nike about it, super disappointed.

Sorry to hear that man. File a claim with FedEx first, then contact Nike. You might get lucky and have it show up after you get your refund.

Get a scrub daddy designated for your shoes only and se some dish soap, warm water. Oxy clean is almost too strong, regular soap won't damage the PL.

As far as I know, there are always markings on the inside of the cover and there is always a hanging price tag attached to the label........

Outside of the US they do not have prices or perforations where the price should be
NDC has done this many times restocking months later with euro pairs
