i dont remember the 2000 concords because i rarely wore my pair... and when they got yellowed i sold to a mod here... but i can speak on the bred 01's which are comfy as hell... this is why i had the CDP breds and 2012 DS and had no desire to wear them...i tried them on and both were uncomfortable and lacked the padding of the 01... i ended up selling the CDP and will sell the 2012 pair to flight club soon...i still wear my 01 pair to this day... wore close to 40 times and they still look great with a few creases but nothing major... no 11 in this modern era is not touching the quality or comfort of the 2000/01 pair...The OGs were probably better but anything after 2000/01 the 11s have been inferior IMO

I’m sure I’ve worn my 2001 breds 100+ times they’ve held up great but they’re finally starting to separate. Those were easily my most comfortable XI’s.... until I wore my 2018 concords. I gotta be honest those are the most comfortable XI’s I’ve owned since the original pair. To be fair I was wearing 9.5’s back in 01 and I’m wearing 10’s now so that may contribute to me leaning towards this new pair over those but without a doubt the new concords are extremely comfortable. The toebox is roomier than all of my older xi’s I’m hoping my space jams and wl82’s feel like that. I haven’t gotten around to wearing those yet.

Of course they have different height. gonna be the same as breds to many pairs for a good accurate quality control. they wont send any of these to outlets they will be sold as A1 shoes and we get random patent heights.

The 2000s/2001s were plush luxury. I remember feeling the stark difference going from that pair to later retros. The latest ones from 2018 are back to good, but I still think not quite as good as my Breds.

The 2000 concords were not comfortable at all, i still have them to this day.....and they are TTS they kill my little toe's on both sides....but now on the other hand the 2001 blk/reds are very comfortable along with the 2000 Space Jams.

They all are in my size of 9.5 which is the size i still wear today.

Yeah 2000’s aren’t all that comfortable.

Still have concords and space jams and they murder my pinky toe anytime I wear them.

To be honest, the first retro XIs were too soft, which is why I never hopped in a pair , very comfy for casual use though.

the 2001 breds fit perfect... not too big or small... they are comfortable to me... then again sizing might be different for some folks too

Finally UNDS these over the weekend and I can understand why anyone would get 2+ pairs or more. These are soooo soft and comfortable; it’s almost exactly like it was back when. Loved wearing them so much I kept wearing them in the house after being out lol.

alot of the jordan 11's ran a half size small. including the collezione and retros from a bunch of years, like the first 2 bred retros and gamma blues justto name a few. these past concords are the first onces to notrun small like that in the toebox TTS. Ive been having to .5 up for almost 20 years.

I can't tell you how to clean them. But when this happens to my shoes, I wear black or dark grey jeans to make it less noticeable.

Yea i dont get it either. I had 3 pairs of the 2000/01 retros and all were super comfy.

Imagine my disappointment when it somehow got worse

I clearly remember having 2000s on ice for a couple years while i finished wearing my ogs into dust. The downgrade when i switched over was real. Paper thin shells of what it used to be, ankle sprain machines. Plus that god awful clear sole. The 2018 blew them out of the water. People need to stop glorifying the past. Especially when it comes to remakes. All of these 2015+ na og retros are a step up with one or two exceptions being 4s and arguably bm5s. I might bash them when compared to originals but never the first wave. The first wave of og retros were really nothing special

You're entitled to your opinion. Though, you are the person I've ever heard say that the '00-'01 XI retros were trash. They were amazing, along with a bunch of other retros at the time (black cements, '03 cements, '04 bred 12's, etc.). That was a golden era in my opinion, and I have both the '00 retros and the '18-19 retros.

no restocks, unfortunately resell is the only way. and it sucks because stockx now charges sales tax + shipping. ya looking at close to $300 for a pair.

Are they worth resell? I’d love to hoop in them but not sure if they are even playable.. I usually hoop in Kobe’s and have been hoopin in Kobe 1 protro black out lately...
