Air Jordan 24 Strap overs?

Does anybody have any pics or know of anyplace that sells the Air jordan 24. I'm looking for the ones that have a strap across the front of the shoe. Ineed them asap. My friend was telling me about them but I cant seem to find them as i never saw them before. Have anyone you heard or saw them?
