A lot of the OG colorway collectors I meet are older guys who grew up wanting them as kids. I don't think there are going to be many younger kids collecting the OGs anymore. They don't have the context to want them. It would be like us collecting Jerry West and Dr. J shoes.

Been meaning to post. Was finally able to grab the matching ‘88 pullover last week at a price I couldn’t refuse. $34 bucks plus an additional 15% off for a loose thread. Came out to like $25 bucks at the outlet. It was the last one in the store and happened to be my size .

Man I just discovered a small tear on the elephant print on the toe...considering copping a second pair and turning these to beaters but idk if I can justify $200 for such a small thing

I love these shoes. I have been wearing them at least once a week for a few months. This was an awesome retro. Black cement IVs are my favorite Jordan’s but I got them Monday and I almost still like these better.
