After a 4 year hiatus, Jordan Brand brought back Tinker Hatfield to help design the 20th anniversary Air Jordan. Upon first sight, one may think it's a hideous looking sneaker. The floating ankle strap was a new feature among any shoe at the time. The giant velcro strap was becoming less and less popular as fans wanted the laces to be shown once again...However, after it was all said and done, the XX emerged as one of the greatest Jordan shoes in the line. Tinker saw something that only his eyes could see at the time...

Never cared much for the XX's..mainly due to the gimmicky ankle strap, but I love the cushioning and surprisingly they look okay with jeans on.
