I’m thinking this is because the people that were in tune with how Finish Line was running the raffle got their tickets in before Finish Line started tanking. It was up working fine for a solid hour before the 7 AM releases started and everything when to ****. Easy to say NT folks are more in tune with how the releases work than the rest of the general public, and the crashing of the website froze a lot of those people out.

In the past when I won I've gotten an email and notification in the app at 10 am telling me to confirm my entry.
