These are legit. I read about them in the latest Sole Collector Jordan issue 27. Gentry explained it as part of the "Ruff & Tuff" pack for theQuai 54 Tournament. There is also a team Jordan with a similar CW called the Element that should come out as. This is similar to last years Wine & Grindpack. Although I assumed that these would not be separate releases
