I think there was a leftover thirstiness from breds xi so kids wanted these. All stores sold out at my mall kids there since 2 am that NEVER happens here.

Send an email to corporate. or a tweet. I'm sure that if enough people complain, they'll do a release restructure for all retail locations. IF it gets to that point.

It's more the picture. In person they look black. I think the white dots messes with people's eyes a lil

I said the same thing. But in person they are actually black....up close. Probably the best comparison picture out there right now. Some of the other comparison pics earlier in the thread were obviously color corrected to make them not seem so bad. Soooooo glad I passed.

Yup. I just got my pair. They do look black in person. But in pictures they look purple. It's even worse with flash.
