Never understood the hate for dude.

He can be a little too "broish" sometimes but I enjoy both his podcast.

I used to be a big fan back when he was with SVP. Seems like he changed a little. Smart dude but just seems like he tries too hard to go against the grain sometimes. Haven't checked for him in a while.

Bill Simmons Sets Next HBO Documentary

Bill Simmons has set the next documentary project from his Ringer Films at HBO, following on the success of 2018's Andre the Giant.

Simmons will executive produce Showbiz Kids, a feature-length doc about the highs and lows of children working in the entertainment industry, featuring interviews with some of the most famous former child actors in the world. Alex Winter, a fromer child actor turned director, will helm the project and also serve as an executive producer via his Trouper Productions, along with Glen Zipper of Zipper Bros (Netflix's Dogs).

The project will be the first at HBO since Simmons signed a new deal there in July.
