AM 1 swoosh question

i just bought these AM1s and i think the shoe is too plain. i thought it would be cool to take out the swoosh and replace it with another more colorful one. i put blue laces in the shoe and now i want to make the swoosh fade from red-yellow-blue-green. i havent really done any customs so far so i was wondering what your guys thoughts would be on what kinds of materials to use for the swoosh and how to dye it.
any advice is appreciated

just airbrush it. its the easiest way i know of to get the gradient affect you want
