Typed that last jumble part of the youtube link that directs exactly to that one into the Insert Flash part of posting toolbar buttons, 2 to the left ofSpellcheck. Then hit insert when it finds it when you click the youtube button.

I do this with my hoodies to get the wrinkles out and occasionally a thermal.
 
I used to do this when I lived at home. Ran it in the dryer for a few minutes then took my shower. Warm towels
